BuyerProof offers one-time launch/program purchases as well as monthly and annual Watch subscriptions. One-time products do not renew automatically. Subscription cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid billing period.
Billing
BuyerProof currently offers these purchase options: Launch Pass EUR 39 once for 30 days of monitoring for up to 10 buyer links with selectable 24-hour, 12-hour or 6-hour rechecks; Course Creator Pack EUR 199 once for one cohort with 10 participant passes; Watch EUR 29/month or EUR 290/year; and Pro EUR 79/month or EUR 790/year. Stripe Payment Links may present international buyers with a converted local-currency amount at checkout; the EUR amounts remain BuyerProof's base prices. Annual subscription pricing is equivalent to two months free and is charged once per year. One-time products do not renew automatically. Only offers with an active checkout can be purchased. Stripe Managed Payments may handle payment, tax, fraud, disputes and transaction support for eligible transactions.
How to cancel
Send the cancellation request from the billing email address. Monthly plans end at the close of the current monthly paid billing period. Annual plans stay active through the current paid year and end at the close of that annual billing period; cancelling stops the next yearly renewal rather than refunding the unused remainder of the paid year, unless mandatory law or an applicable payment-provider policy requires otherwise.
A Stripe-hosted self-service Customer Portal may be added later. Until then, email cancellation is the operative route.

Refunds
BuyerProof Watch is offered exclusively B2B, so no statutory consumer withdrawal right is offered. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Transactions processed through Stripe Managed Payments can additionally be subject to Stripe / Sold through Link refund and dispute policies.
